If you are looking to regrant access to an Office 365 organisation, you can follow the steps below:

1. Go to the 365 Total Backup Dashboard in Incognito/Private mode 
    
2. Next, go to [Microsoft 365 Organizations] 
    
3. Click on the 3 dots on the right-hand side and select [Re-grant Access]
   
   
   
    
4. To proceed, follow the on-screen instructions to grant permission. This will allow the Hornetsecurity applications to be able to backup your Mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint Sites, Teams Chats, and Entra ID items.
   
   Select [Re-grant Access]
   
   
   
   
    

IMPORTANT — after regranting, browse to the [Users] screen and click [Discover New Users]
