If you're looking to restore Entra ID Users & Groups within 365 Total Backup, follow the guide below.
- Launch 365 Total Backup and hover over the [Restore] tab > [Entra ID]
- Select the relevant [Microsoft 365 Organization] and proceed to the next step
- Select the Users and/or Groups that you wish to restore
- Select the [Restore Point] that you wish to restore
- Select the [Restore Destination]

Restore to the original M365 organization
The backed-up items will be restored to their original Entra ID
- Here, a Password can be set for all or specific Users and/or Groups which are being restored. The Name and User Principal Names can also be modified. One can also choose to restore the Role Assignments relevant to these Users and/or Groups by toggling [Keep Relationships]
- Once done, confirm the changes and proceed with the Restore.
Be sure to store the password in a safe place before going back to the Dashboard

Restore to ZIP archive
The chosen Entra ID items will be restored to a ZIP archive
- Select which account will receive the ZIP archive download link. Be sure to store the password in a safe place. This password will be required to decrypt the ZIP archive.
- Once done, confirm the changes and proceed with the Restore
