To enable In-Place Archive backups for your mailboxes within 365 Total Backup, follow the steps below.
For New Tenants
- Launch 365 Total Backup and open the [Microsoft 365 Organizations] tab
- Grant the necessary permissions by following on-screen instructions
- Select which Users will be enabled for backup. To enable backups for In-Place Archive mailboxes, tick the highlighted option
- Select which Groups & Libraries will be enabled for backup
- Double-check and confirm the new changes
In-Place Archives status can then be monitored from the [Users] tab
For Existing Tenants
To back up In-Place Archives for an existing tenant. Launch 365 Total Backup and browse to [Microsoft 365 Organizations] and select the highlighted button
