Instructions for senders:
If your IP address is listed on Spamhaus, please request delisting from Spamhaus first.
You should first perform a query on the internet. This can be done, for example, on mxtoolbox.com: https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx
To unblock please fill out the form on the following page: https://cloud-security.net/en/unblock
Instructions for recipients:
Emails that are rejected by us and belong to the "Rejected" category in the Control Panel may have been blocked due to an entry on our RBL.
This is clearly indicated by the stated reason: RBL.
The RBL refers to our Real-time Blackhole List. This list contains IP ranges with a negative reputation. Additionally, external reputable lists such as Spamhaus are also included in the analysis.
So the first step is to identify the source IP address.
The source IP can be easily determined from the Email Live Tracking. Please adjust the display in the Email Live Tracking so that this column is visible: Customise the display in Email Live Tracking
With the source IP, you should then perform a query on the internet. This can be done, for example, on mxtoolbox.com: https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx
If the IP address is listed on Spamhaus, please request delisting from Spamhaus first.
If this is not the case, visit the page: https://cloud-security.net/en/unblock
Fill out the form there, complete the anti-robot verification, and click Submit.
The delisting will be carried out promptly, and emails can be received from the sender again.
