In order to restore single plan or plan items within Planner Groups, launch 365 Total Backup and browse to the [Granular Restore] tab.
- Once there select a customer and a Microsoft 365 Organization
- On the following step, select the item type which you would like to restore, which in this case is 'Planner'. Then select the 'Restore Item' from the list of Groups that have plans in Planner. Next, in the filters 'Select Restore Point - from date' and 'Select Restore Point - to date' for a range of 7 restore points within the selected timeframe
- Select the desired destination and press [Next]
- Restore Plans to the original Group - The backed up plans will be restored to their original group
On the step below, you will be able to 'Create a new plan' - Restore Plans to a different Group - The backed up plans will be restore to an existing group
i. Select a 'Planner Group' and click [Restore]
- Restore Plans to the original Group - The backed up plans will be restored to their original group
