In order to restore single plan or plan items within Planner Groups, launch 365 Total Backup and browse to the [Granular Restore] tab.
- Once there select a customer and a Microsoft 365 Organization
- On the following step, select the item type which you would like to restore, which in this case is [Planner]. Then select the 'Restore Item' from the list of Groups that have plans in Planner. Next, in the filters 'Select Restore Point - from date' and 'Select Restore Point - to date' for a range of 7 restore points within the selected timeframe
- Select the desired destination and press [Next]
- Restore Plans to the original Group - The backed up plans will be restored to their original group
On the step below, you will be able to 'Create a new plan' - Restore Plans to a different Group - The backed up plans will be restore to an existing group
i. Select a 'Planner Group' and click [Restore]
- Restore Plans to the original Group - The backed up plans will be restored to their original group
