If you're looking to off-board one of your 365TB tenants, follow the steps below.

Warning! This process is NOT reversible, your backups will be deleted.

1. Log into the Hornetsecurity CP and select the relevant customer in the scope selection
   
   
2. From the navigation bar, browse to Backup > 365 Total Backup > Launch 365 Total Backup
   
   
   
   
   
3. Browse to [Microsoft 365 Organizations] and select the relevant organization 
   
   
4. Lastly, click the bin button [Delete tenant]
   
   
   
   
   
5. A pop-up window will be displayed to confirm your selection.
   
   
   
   
   

Once the procedure is completed, it is expected behaviour to have the 365 Total Backup toggle still enabled in the CP but you will no longer be billed for the tenant removed as of the next billing cycle.
