1. Log in to the Support Area
To get an overview of your support requests and the support requests of your organization, you first need to log in to the Support Area.
2. Open the overview of support requests
After logging in, you can view all support requests submitted by you or your organization to technical support via the My Activities button.
3. Search and filter requests
Here you can see all requests submitted by you or your organization. Use the search function or the status filter to quickly find open, pending, or resolved requests.
Note: Assignment to your organization usually happens automatically. If you are still not assigned, please contact us regarding this.
