This function is often referred to as “Scan to E-mail Server” on the printer.
First, you must create a shipping address in the Control Panel. Instructions for doing so can be found here: How do I create a independent Sender address?
Then, add the data from the linked article and the login details you created to the printer's network configuration. These are also listed below.
- Incoming mail server:
- Server address: imap.hornet.email
- Port: 993
- SSL: SSL/TLS
- Authentication: Password, normal
- Outgoing mail server:
- Server address: smtp.hornet.email
- Port: 587
- SSL: STARTTLS
- Authentication: Password, normal
- Username:
- Incoming mail server: Your Hornet.email address
- Outgoing mail server: Your Hornet.email address
