Our ticket system is linked with the KnowledgeBase and is part of our support area. You can log in to our KnowledgeBase to use the ticket system and manage your requests.
You can log in to the ticket system in two steps.
1. Click the "Log In" button (top right) on the KnowledgeBase page:
You will now see the ticket system login screen:
2. Choose one of the following four login options on the login screen:
- Log in here if you already have a user account.
- Forgot your password? You can easily reset it using the "Forgot password" function.
- If you have submitted support requests in the past, your email address is already known to our system. Click on "Request password." Your access will then be set up promptly, and you will receive your password via email.
- If you do not yet have a user account, you can register here.
